My goal is to do these postings on Sundays but I missed that this week due to taking Saturday off and the fact that week 4 of the the Coursera course took me longer than expected. Time well spent and worth posting on a Wednesday.

Week 2 Material

• Interactive Gradient Descent Demo
• Master Gradient Descent through Visual Animation
• Neural Networks and Deep Learning - Module 1, Weeks 3 & 4

Ending this week with a much better understanding of training multi layer neural networks with a bit of a grasp on the math. Math has always been a weak point for me so it's reassuring that Andrew mentions you can still grasp the concepts without being an expert in all the mathematical intricacies.

In the coming weeks the rest of the Coursera modules are priority #1 followed by the other suggestions. Going to be busy!
